Japanese SOTAI
Japanese SOTAI
SOTAI is a Japanese art of healing, a gentle and balancing method that naturally corrects
the entire body system
History of Japanese SOTAI
The Japanese healing technique evolved SOTAI
(pronounced saw-tie’) was originally developed by
Dr Keizo Hashimoto (1897-1993) over the course
of 50 years of experience.
Although a medical doctor, Hashimoto was known as more
for his techniques of movement and structural adjustment
than for the Western medical approaches evolved SOTAI
is a unique, ever-evolving system of treatment, rooted
in Hashimoto’s original SOTAI.
Then it was further developed by Mr Miura, the most
highly qualified teacher of SOTAI, Dr Hashimoto's
first student in 1966.
Moriko has been practising SOTAI in the UK since 2003, and
visited Japan in 2007 and 2008 for personal training by
Mr Miura on the latest developments.
What is Japanese SOTAI
The new treatment method known as SOTAI is not yet widely
known outside Japan. It works by using the body’s own
energy and power to readjust itself.
This gentle, pain-free healing method allows the body to
restore itself to its natural state, so relieving stress
and promoting optimal health.
A body misalignment can cause the internal organs and
other parts of the body to malfunction, creating pain.
SOTAI addresses his problem by correcting all elements
of the body, including the muscles, vertebrae and all joints,
thus eliminating vertebrae and all joints, thus eliminating
structural interferences to the working of the nervous
system as well as improving blood circulation.
Principle of Japanese SOTAI
SOTAI treatment techniques are used in various ways.
If you are unable to move by yourself because of pain or
stiffness, the practitioner will gently and painlessly give your
body the opportunity to revert to its original configuration
while you relax.
The key to success in SOTAI is to feel a true sense of
pleasure, allowing the body to heal and readjust itself comfortably.
SOTAI’s painless technique enables your body to readjust
itself unconsciously and automatically into its natural
state by utilizing
your natural senses at the subconscious level.
It enables you to sharpen your sense of awareness towards
your inner body
and heal yourself. This is the basic concept of SOTAI and
how it works by itself to promote bodily correction.
By working effectively with the practitioner, you will be
able to tune into your body and create a strong,
pleasant feeling of well-being !
