Japanese SOTAI Self-Healing Workshop

SOTAI is a Japanese art of healing. 


This is a gentle and balancing method that naturally corrects and restores the entire body system. 


By finding the original state of health, the body can

restore itself and function well.


In a SOTAI workshop, you will learn self-healing 

movements, including how to use, maintain and

correct your body naturally in your daily lives.


SOTAI does not work with the pain body but rather 

works where the body is comfortable and at ease.  

This helps the body to awaken trust and automatically

 lets the body restore and resolve problems by itself. 


Thus practising Sotai daily helps to prevent further 

illnesses and pain patterns.


Moriko has trained worldwide with Japanese teachers 

and has been working as a Sotai Therapist for 

over 14 years. 

She offers workshops, individual sessions, 

SOTAI foot treatments and full-body treatments.


These are gentle approaches and with Moriko’s 

experience, she will help you to connect to your own 

body’s system and therefore encourage your own 

body to trust and heal itself.
